ArborNote connects to Zapier through secure webhooks and a REST API — here's the flow.
Triggers (ArborNote → Zapier)
When an event happens in ArborNote: a client is created, a proposal is submitted, a status changes. ArborNote fires a webhook to Zapier with the complete record payload. Zapier receives the data instantly and can route it to any of 8,000+ connected apps.
Webhook events include: client.created, project.created, proposal.created, and proposal.status.updated.
Actions (Zapier → ArborNote)
When an event happens in another app: a form is submitted, a deal closes in your CRM, a row is added to a sheet. Zapier calls ArborNote's REST API to create or update records. Proposals, clients, and projects can all be created programmatically.
API endpoints include: POST /proposals, POST /client, POST /project, and the webhook events endpoint for sample data.
