Property Sync
ArborNote → Aspire
When a project or client is created or updated in ArborNote, the integration creates or updates the matching Company, Contact, and Property records in Aspire.

ArborNote → Aspire
When a proposal status changes to Submitted in ArborNote, the integration creates an Opportunity in Aspire using the proposal details and the associated Aspire Property.
Clients & Projects Sync
Aspire → ArborNote
When a user initiates Clients & Projects Sync, the integration retrieves Companies, Properties, and Contacts from Aspire and creates or updates the corresponding Clients and Projects in ArborNote.

Independent Flows
The three integration flows operate independently. Each authenticates separately using the Aspire ClientID and Secret configured for the ArborNote account.
Configuration Required
An active Aspire configuration is required. Configure the ClientID, Secret, and default IDs in Account Settings → Aspire.
Not Included
The integration does not create Aspire Estimates. Aspire Opportunities are not synchronized back to ArborNote.
